Senior UX Designer

Design thoughtful user experiences for complex brokerage operations and define product vision by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Leverage AI-native tools to create prototypes and ship agentic AI experiences while mentoring a small team of designers.
Responsibilities
- Design thoughtful user experiences that make the complexities of broker and brokerage operations easy to navigate and understand
- Help bring new products to market and shape the commercial real estate industry
- Leverage AI-native design and prototyping tools to go from concept to working prototype in hours
- Design and ship agentic AI experiences across products, defining the patterns brokers will use to work alongside intelligent systems
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI as a user experience designer or product designer
- Strong portfolio of design projects including detailed descriptions of design process
- Experience using AI-native tools to prototype, explore, and validate ideas
- Experience designing and shipping agentic AI experiences that solve real customer problems
