Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design and UX research for procurement tools
  • Conduct user research, usability studies, and data analysis to inform design decisions
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to simplify complex user journeys
  • Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous problems into intuitive experiences
  • Set the design vision, raise the bar for quality, and mentor designers

Requirements

  • 3+ years of delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer
  • Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design
  • Online portfolio or samples of work on resume
  • Bachelor's degree or above in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related field
