Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process from initial research to final implementation. Conduct user research and usability studies, and adopt gathered insights into product enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process from initial research to final implementation
- Balance aesthetics with mobile-specific usability across both iOS and Android
- Create and maintain a consistent and cohesive design system across the mobile app
- Work closely with the Product Manager and the development team to align design goals with business and technical requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working as part of cross-functional teams in product-led organizations
- Fluency in Figma, with expertise in mobile-first design principles and best practices for iOS and Android platforms
- Solid knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment of an early-stage startup
- A portfolio showcasing specific work samples, case studies, and results is required
