As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, translating insights into intuitive user journeys. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners and developers to ensure the quality and feasibility of solutions across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analyze results to identify areas for improvement
- Design and optimize user experiences for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
- Measure and track UX performance using key indicators
Requirements
- Solid experience in UX Design
- Mastery of UX methodologies and research methods
- Ability to adapt approaches according to product context and technical constraints
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
