Responsibilities
- Practice Lead end-to-end product design across complex journeys and systems
- Independently plan, conduct, and synthesise user research
- Translate research insights into clear, scalable artefacts
- Use mapping, prototyping, and facilitation to explore ambiguity and guide teams through discovery
Requirements
- Extensive experience (typically 5+ years or equivalent) in product design, user experience, or related disciplines
- Deep fluency in human-centred design and user research methods
- Proven ability to independently own complex problem spaces and deliver impactful, well-reasoned solutions
- Strong facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills
