You will design and ship complex, high-impact features from concept to production while acting as a hands-on contributor. You will also partner with product and engineering teams to drive design quality, align stakeholders, and evolve the company's design system.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship complex, high-impact features from concept to production
- Act as a hands-on IC while helping guide overall design quality
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape what we buildānot just how it looks
- Review and critique work, pushing for clarity, simplicity, and strong execution
- Align stakeholders and drive decisions, especially in ambiguous or fast-moving situations
- Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality, pragmatic implementation
- Contribute to and evolve the design system
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience
- Strong track record of shipping complex B2B products
- Experience guiding or mentoring other designersā work
- Ability to make strong product and design decisions with incomplete information
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- High attention to detail and ability to produce clear, implementation-ready designs
