The Senior UX Designer will drive UX design for key sharing flows and establish partnerships with third-party apps. They will translate user needs into compelling designs and collaborate with various teams to develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive UX design for key sharing flows and establish partnerships with third-party apps
  • Translate user needs into compelling designs through user journeys, storyboards, and prototypes
  • Collaborate with Google Photos and other Google Product teams across time zones to develop innovative solutions
  • Simplify complex concepts into clear and relatable narratives that represent real user experiences

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 years of experience in product design or User Experience (UX)
  • 4 years of experience interacting with clients/leadership and owning projects
  • Experience in designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams

Key Skills

  • Experience in designing for consumer-facing products
  • Knowledge of technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence product design strategy
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and visual design skills
