The Senior UX Designer will drive UX design for key sharing flows and establish partnerships with third-party apps. They will translate user needs into compelling designs and collaborate with various teams to develop innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive UX design for key sharing flows and establish partnerships with third-party apps
- Translate user needs into compelling designs through user journeys, storyboards, and prototypes
- Collaborate with Google Photos and other Google Product teams across time zones to develop innovative solutions
- Simplify complex concepts into clear and relatable narratives that represent real user experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in product design or User Experience (UX)
- 4 years of experience interacting with clients/leadership and owning projects
- Experience in designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams
Key Skills
- Experience in designing for consumer-facing products
- Knowledge of technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence product design strategy
- Excellent problem-solving skills and visual design skills
