Product Owner

Product Owner responsible for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Agile development team.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with organizational goals
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights to inform product decisions
• Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, ROI, and customer impact
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that are clear, testable, and actionable
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Track product performance using analytics, customer feedback, and KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field
• 3–5 years as a Product Owner or in product management within an Agile environment
• Proven success in delivering digital products or enterprise applications
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps preferred
• Familiarity with UX principles and customer-centric design preferred
• Background in real estate, mortgage, title/settlement services, or insurance preferred

Key Skills

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
