Product Designer (all genders)

You will develop user-centered solutions, user flows, and interfaces while collaborating closely with product, development, and research teams. Additionally, you will contribute to the design system and ensure all products are accessible, consistent, and aligned with the brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop user-centered solutions with Product Managers and Developers
- Create user flows and interfaces that feel easy, emotional, and accessible
- Validate ideas early and iteratively with the Research Team
- Design from the first sketch to the final UI, including prototypes and animations
- Contribute to the Design System to ensure consistency and unity with the brand
- Ensure barrier-free access, consider privacy aspects, and responsible UX principles
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer (ideally in consumer apps)
- Successfully completed studies in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a comparable education
- Strong UX/UI skills with a mobile-first focus (iOS, Android, Mobile Web)
- Proficient in Figma and common prototyping tools (e.g., Figma Make, ProtoPie)
- Experience with User Research, Usability Testing, and Behavior Insights
- Understanding of emotional and psychological aspects in user guidance
- Fluent in German and good English skills
