Senior Product Designer, Accounts & Plans

You will lead the redesign of member authentication, account creation, and self-serve account management flows to improve user experience and reduce operational friction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and high-quality product solutions from concept to execution.
Responsibilities
- Rebuild authentication and account creation to deliver a best-in-class sign-up/sign-in experience
- Enable self-serve account management so members can easily view and manage access, eligibility, and support information
- Simplify complex domains into clear, intuitive interfaces with flexible editing capabilities
- Deliver a world-class app experience through modern UI, best-in-class UX, and thoughtful motion design
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Partnering with product and engineering teams
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction, Industrial, Product, Service design, Human-computer interaction, or equivalent experience
- Standout and updated portfolio demonstrating high-impact product work
