Conduct user research, identify friction points in existing user journeys, and propose UX improvements based on data and user insights. Collaborate closely with Product Managers to enhance the user experience across the company's SaaS products.
Responsibilities
- Conducting user research, identifying frictions, and elaborating UX hypotheses
- Designing wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Collaborating with Product Managers, proposing UX improvements based on data and insights
- Documenting and sharing learnings
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX design for digital products, ideally SaaS
- Intermediate to senior profile
- Appetence for product psychology, understanding behaviors, motivational levers, and cognitive biases
- Technical skills: UX research methods, UI design, Figma, Notion
