Hybrid $100,000 - $150,000 Full-time Senior

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead product design for climate risk products, conducting user research and usability testing. You will also develop and maintain design systems and collaborate with product managers and engineers on product requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and design with conviction
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across all products
  • Lead the design review process with leaders from wireframes, to prototypes
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and iterate on product requirements and user stories

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of successful products
  • Experience in design for enterprise or technical products
  • Proficiency with Figma, including Figma Make
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
