Lead the integration of human-centered design principles across UCB to deliver impactful digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Champion human-centered design across digital initiatives
- Develop and promote frameworks guiding human-centered digital practices
- Advance agentic and generative AI foundations
- Lead co-creation through workshops and collaborative design
- Lead user research, journey mapping, UX/UI audits, A/B testing and rapid prototyping
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
- Between 6 and 10 years of experience in UX or human-centered design
- Proven experience and passion for shaping UX strategy and leading research, prototyping, and agile design
- Proven experience working with Figma
- Curiosity and experience with agentic and generative AI
