Hybrid Full-time Senior

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the design and execution of visual assets across various marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior designers to enhance the team's creative capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects independently and mentor others to elevate creative output
  • Translate complex strategies into visually compelling, clear, and innovative creative solutions
  • Act as a brand steward, maintaining consistency and quality across all design touchpoints

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
  • Strong, curated online portfolio demonstrating solid design fundamentals
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and proficiency in Figma
