You will design high-performing visual assets for paid social, UGC, and landing pages to drive growth and conversion. You will also collaborate with creative strategists and performance teams to iterate on concepts based on data and platform-native trends.
Responsibilities
- Designing high-performing assets across paid social, UGC, statics, and emerging formats
- Turning briefs into clear, compelling visuals that drive action
- Understanding how design impacts scroll behaviour, clarity, and conversion
- Designing for platform, not just aesthetics
- Producing multiple variations of the same concept quickly
- Collaborating with creative strategists, performance teams, and creator managers
Requirements
- Experience working with creative or performance teams
- Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite or similar
- Comfort working at speed and producing multiple variations
- Understanding of what drives performance (CTR, clarity, hooks, etc)
- Understanding of social platforms and how design translates across them
