Sr. Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will concept and execute creative assets while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams. They will also mentor junior designers and ensure all final designs meet established brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Concept and execute creative assets while working cross-functionally with many teams across the organization
- Gather, prepare, and present conceptual ideas
- Design with clear ideation through typography, color, texture, spacing, scale, and outstanding use of graphic skills
- Review final designs and ensure assets meet established design standards and are ready to be consumer-facing
- Provide ideas that influence, increase, and enhance the Rakuten brand
Requirements
- 5+ years of Graphic Design work experience
- Graduated an accredited 3-4 year Design Program
- High proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience designing within the retail/ecommerce space (Native Mobile App as well as responsive web)
- Demonstrates a passion for continuous learning and improvement
