Senior UX Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end design process to create exceptional user interfaces that align with the brand and product vision. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and translate data into actionable design improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to pixel-perfect execution
- Apply a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points to craft intuitive and accessible design solutions
- Collaborate with leadership, product managers, engineers, and go-to-market teams to gather insights and analyze user feedback
Requirements
- 5 - 7+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI designer
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to balance user needs with business goals
- Experience working on B2B SaaS, platform products, or data visualization-heavy experiences
- Mastery of design systems, usability testing, accessibility principles, and user research methodologies
Key Skills
- Expertise in user-centered design, interaction patterns, information architecture, and responsive web design
- Fluency in modern design tools and AI assisted design workflows
- Experience guiding design system thinking and implementation
