Lead the design of user experiences from concept to execution across web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user experiences from concept to execution across web and mobile platforms
- Translate user needs and business goals into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality
- Contribute to and help evolve the design system and best practices
- Present design work clearly and effectively to stakeholders and peers
- Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows (e.g., Figma AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to leverage generative AI for rapid prototyping, user research synthesis, or design exploration
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design or interaction design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and design thinking
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in agile or lean environments
