UX Designer-AI Product Team

Job Title: UX Designer – AI Product Team. This is a great opportunity for a junior level designer to jump into the space of designing products that are centered on applying AI in the industrial software space.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver the creation of UX design artifacts
• Collaborate with, and support, senior team members while helping ensure consistency and usability across products
• Assist in documenting AI usage guidelines, standards, and specification definition
• Participate in design critiques, reviews, and working sessions with product UX and engineering teams
• Engage in team rituals, mentorship opportunities, and design-related events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human Factors, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience as a UX Designer in: web-based, mobile, and desktop software applications
• Defining, developing, and documenting UX design and interaction requirements and specifications
• Sharable portfolio for evaluation
• An understanding of user-centered design, design thinking, and UX best practices

Key Skills

• Demonstrated understanding of UX and UI design knowledge
• Familiarity with design systems
• Basic understanding of front-end development and web components
• Capable self-starter, strong collaboration, able to work interdependently
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities
• A keen eye for detail
