A global leader in digital products is seeking a UX Researcher to conduct user research, influence design decisions, and contribute to seamless user-centered experiences in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research efforts across multiple product lines
- Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights
- Advocate for user-centered design practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 8+ years of experience in UX Research or similar roles
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in user research, including conducting unmoderated interviews
- Experience working on complex digital applications
- Proven ability to synthesize user data and present insights to multi-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with tools like UserTesting, Miro, Dovetail, Airtable, and other research platforms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills
