The UX Research Manager leads a team to generate actionable customer insights that shape digital products and services. They are responsible for defining the UX research strategy and ensuring customer needs are represented in product development.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the UX research strategy and roadmap for priority journeys, products, and channels
- Plan, execute, and oversee mixed-methods studies to inform product discovery, design, and optimization
- Translate insights into clear narratives, frameworks, and recommendations that influence roadmaps and prioritization
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing UX research team
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX research and team management
- Strong understanding of human-centred design methodologies
- Ability to integrate qualitative and quantitative evidence into decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
