As a Communication Designer at Proto, you’ll create visually compelling presentation designs that translate strategy and creative thinking into clear narratives. Collaborating with various teams, your work will simplify complex concepts and enhance communication.
Responsibilities
- Design and build presentation materials primarily in Google Slides and Figma.
- Translate strategic frameworks and visual systems into cohesive presentations.
- Collaborate closely with engagement managers, strategists, writers, and designers.
- Maintain and evolve design templates and systems for consistency and quality.
- Support senior designers and creative directors on larger initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in design, focusing on presentation, brand, or communication design.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and clarity in communication.
- Comfort working collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Proficiency in Google Slides, Figma, Google Suite, and Slack.
- Willingness to explore new tools and technologies.
