Lead the architectural design of prototypical data center facilities across the EMEA region. Manage external consultants and collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure cost-effective, secure, and scalable infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Communicate conceptual designs and create/maintain project documentation
- Develop & maintain Basis of Design, prototype design, and template specifications for Architectural elements
- Creating and tracking metrics related to cost, quality and duration of design
- Collaborating with AWS finance teams to secure funding for projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities
- Professional Engineering or Architectural License
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations for your region
