- Define the user experience strategy and design core service experiences for Connect IVI OS
- Lead design direction by connecting product goals with user value
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other cross-functional partners to define and deliver user experiences
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in mobile, web, or digital product design
- Ability to structure complex product problems and translate user needs into clear UX directions
- Experience designing end-to-end product experiences
- Ability to make design decisions by balancing business goals, technical constraints, and user experience
