Senior Product Designer

Own end-to-end design for Validate and Workspace management, later expanding to Patient Hub, from customer discovery and problem framing through prototyping, launch, and iteration. Create scalable patterns for complex operational workflows, extend and document the Lasso design system, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, customers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own design for Validate and Workspace management, improving speed and accuracy for operations users
• Transition ownership to Patient Hub as it scales
• Lead discovery activities such as interviews, shadowing, and usability testing
• Translate insights into design decisions and scalable patterns for dense, multi‑state workflows
• Iterate quickly from concept to production, testing and refining solutions
• Reuse and extend the Lasso design system and document new patterns
• Communicate design rationale clearly to teams, executives, customers, and partners

Requirements

• 5+ years product design experience, especially with complex desktop web products
• Strong craft in UI and interaction design
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
• Systems thinking for workflows, states, and patterns
• Proven ability to ship, iterate, and make trade‑offs
• Design‑system experience
• Technical fluency to prototype in code
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ownership mindset and passion for improving healthcare operations
