The Design Manager is responsible for delivering design management from pre-bid to handover, integrating with senior project teams and representing the business to clients and consultants. They manage consultant design, oversee design review processes, and ensure compliance with planning, building control, and internal governance.

Requirements
- Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field and possess an appropriate CSCS card. Extensive experience in managing design teams, navigating RIBA stages, and understanding construction legislation like CDM 2015 and the Building Safety Act is required.
