Requirements
- Candidates should have experience leading design in financial services and building and owning a design system at scale; digital assets or other technically complex domains are strongly preferred. They should be active in Figma, experienced in developing designers, strong in UX and product thinking, technically literate in APIs and data models, and able to communicate directly with executives, engineers, and clients.
