The Product Designer will lead the design and decision-making for all experiences encountered by global customers. They will define user problems and design UX/UI for better financial experiences while considering market characteristics and cultural differences.
Responsibilities
- Define problems and design solutions for global users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop products
- Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions
- Create consistent and scalable design systems
- Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in designing global domains, markets, or services
- English communication skills
- Ability to work with global teams and understand global customer social context
- User research and data analysis skills
- Ability to define problems and design solutions
- UX/UI design skills
- Figma or similar design tools
- Portfolio with at least 2 projects
