As a UX Designer, you will work within the transition program in the migration team to improve the user experience of information products. You will analyze existing products and develop improvements while ensuring a consistent style and methodology.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the user experience of information products
- Develop improvement proposals focused on user experience
- Ensure a consistent and recognizable style and approach
- Plan and execute user research and analyze results
- Create improvement plans
- Define user groups, create personas, and optimize customer journeys
- Conduct usability tests prior to launch
- Advise product owners and teams on UX
- Design prototypes and wireframes for information products and websites
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Experience with product design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
- Experience with GIS components
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
