Design accessible and user-friendly digital interactions such as chat, voice, and mobile applications for citizens. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, prototypes, and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research to validate designs.
Responsibilities
- Designing wireframes and low/high-fidelity prototypes
- Contributing to the application and development of the Design System
- Applying WCAG standards for accessible solutions
- Working on persona’s, user journeys or service blueprints
Requirements
- HBO (bachelor) work- and denkniveau
- Knowledge and experience with user experience design, specifically product design and service design
- At least 5 years of work experience as a UX Product Designer or in a similar role
