Sr. Mixed Methods UX Researcher

Lead end-to-end research projects to define and improve the experience for call center representatives. Deliver actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative data to help stakeholders create intuitive and accessible products.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the future experience for call center representatives and the products they use
- Conduct user research, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering insights to inspire change
- Lead and own research projects, including conducting stakeholder interviews and developing reports
- Develop research plans, formulate research goals and objectives, and collect and analyze data
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and guide UI designers, front-end engineers, and platform architects
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX research experience
- Bachelor's or MS in a human behavior-related field
- Proficiency in conducting qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience working with large data sets and basic statistics
- Strong communication skills and ability to appeal to a wide audience
