The role involves designing intuitive and accessible digital experiences across web and mobile platforms by translating user insights and business goals into design solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain design patterns and leverage data to iterate on user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that prioritize usability and accessibility across web and mobile platforms
- Partner with cross-functional teams to interpret business objectives, user needs, and research insights into compelling digital experiences
- Collaborate with researchers and analytics teams to incorporate qualitative and quantitative data into design decisions
- Help define and maintain design patterns, component libraries, and experience standards to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Identify opportunities to simplify complex workflows and enhance the end-to-end client experience
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in UX design, product design, or a related field
- Proven experience designing responsive and mobile-first digital experiences
- Strong proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and communicating design decisions effectively
- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and scalable design practices
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent training and experience in a creative, technical, or related discipline
