Onsite $80,000 - $110,000 Full-time Senior

Lead the creative execution and brand identity by producing high-impact static and video content across various digital and offline platforms. Manage the end-to-end production process from conceptualization and scripting to final editing and optimization for social media.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end design projects from concept to final execution
  • Define, develop, and maintain brand guidelines across all platforms
  • Create high-quality designs for campaigns, product launches, and marketing communications (digital and offline)
  • Drive creative strategy aligned with overall business and marketing objectives
  • Ensure visual consistency and high-quality standards across all touchpoints
  • Lead video content creation, including advertisements, brand films, corporate videos, product videos, and digital campaigns
  • Execute advanced video editing, motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling
  • Manage video shoots, including pre-production (concept, scripting, storyboarding), production, and post-production
  • Adapt and optimise content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels
  • Develop innovative creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns and brand storytelling
  • Stay updated with global design trends, video formats, tools, and digital innovations
  • Leverage campaign performance data, audience insights, and feedback to continuously enhance creative output
  • Experiment with and introduce new formats, styles, and visual approaches to keep the brand fresh and differentiated
  • Collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer in Australia on marketing and brand creatives to ensure global brand alignment
  • Work with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to understand briefs and deliver effective creative solutions
  • Manage and coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, photographers, videographers, and production vendors as needed
  • Handle multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining timelines, quality, and stakeholder communication

Requirements

  • Possess 3–7 years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Video Editor
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both design and video work across campaigns, brand assets, and digital platforms
