Lead the architectural development and transistor-level design of high-performance mixed-signal ICs for optical controller products. Manage the full design cycle from product specifications and simulation to layout support and lab evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the detailed definition and architectural development of high-performance mixed-signal ICs
- Own architecture definition, block-level design, and transistor-level circuit implementation
- Develop Product Objective Specifications and support layout, lab evaluation, testing, and qualification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
- Meet all requirements and quality goals
Requirements
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in analog/mixed-signal IC development
- Design experience with switching power supply circuits or precision ADC/DAC
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
