The Product Designer is responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces by developing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. They collaborate with product managers and developers to optimize the user experience and implement continuous product improvements based on user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Lead Product Designer and work as part of a team of 2 designers
- Identify opportunities for UI/UX improvements and create new products
- Create and improve solutions by proposing wireframes, benchmarks, a UI using the design system, prototypes, and user flows
- Communicate ideas effectively with stakeholders
- Proactively seek user understanding and turn findings into clear decisions
- Work with the design team to collaborate and share ideas during weekly design critique sessions
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience as a Product Designer working on B2B and B2C product issues
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Portfolio to be presented and defended at the interview
- Practical experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
- Proficiency in the use of Figma
- Fluent in French and good in English
