Senior Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end design process for AI-powered maintenance and asset management surfaces across web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify complex workflows and contribute to the scalability of the company's design system.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for complex product surfaces across web and mobile
- Design AI-powered experiences for frontline users
- Think in systems: spot patterns, build for reuse, and contribute to our design system
- Present design work with clear rationale, integrate feedback from stakeholders, and champion high quality and accessibility across the product lifecycle
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills
- Experience designing for AI and data-rich experiences
- Systems thinking
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
