Lead end-to-end UX design for informatics products across desktop, web, and mobile platforms from concept to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user experiences while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design activities for informatics products
- Design intuitive and engaging user experiences across desktop, web, and mobile platforms
- Translate customer needs into meaningful product experiences
- Create and maintain UX artifacts such as personas, user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, etc.
- Drive and conduct user research and usability testing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Science, HCI, Information Architecture, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience designing and launching software or informatics products
- Proven experience working in Scrum or Agile development teams
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, InVision, Axure, etc.
