They are responsible for developing design artifacts, maintaining the design system, and optimizing website pages within a CMS to improve conversion and engagement.
Requirements
- Candidates need at least 5 years of professional UX/UI design experience with advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows. A bachelor's degree in a design or marketing field and experience in financial services are highly preferred.
