Lead UX work from early conceptualization to delivery, translating CX visions into testable prototypes and structured information architectures. Collaborate with creative teams and clients to facilitate workshops and manage design systems for digital products.
Responsibilities
- Leading UX work from early thinking through to delivery
- Collaborating with Experience Strategists to make a CX vision tangible
- Partnering with creative teams in early-stage ideation
- Designing and structuring complex information
- Creating wireframes and prototypes
- Developing, managing, and applying client design systems
Requirements
- Senior-level UX experience
- Strong craft and attention to detail
- Ability to lead own workstream without constant direction
- Experience with design thinking, interaction design, and prototyping
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
- Pragmatic and able to work with ambiguity
- Collaborative and able to work with others
