Real Estate Licensing Institute in Partnership with the Real Estate Sales Academy To obtain your Broker’s license in Indiana, you must: Be at least 18 years of age. Complete 90 hours of classroom instruction. Score a minimum of 225 points out of 300 on 3 mandatory exams. This must be successfully completed to become eligible to take the state examination. Once the state exam is passed, you may obtain your real estate Broker’s license. We have been providing superior real estate education since 2006. We provide educational opportunities in Illinois, Indiana and Michigan. Our mission is to provide the student with the education needed to obtain their real estate license and embark on a successful career in real estate.
