Design intelligent AI-powered research and knowledge experiences for legal professionals to synthesize complex information. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate global legal database capabilities into intuitive user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design intelligent research and knowledge experiences
- Work alongside Product and Engineering to understand AI and Vincent's global legal database
- Advocate for enterprise legal users by deeply understanding their research workflows
- Concept, prototype, and deliver solutions that make Vincent's AI-driven legal knowledge feel powerful yet approachable
- Conduct user research interviews, usability testing, and analysis
- Leverage metrics to drive product design decisions and measure product success
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design
- SaaS or enterprise experience is preferred
- Experience designing for complex, information-dense environments
- A track record of shipping products that solve research or information workflow challenges
- Proficiency in user research methodologies
- Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, usability, and accessibility
- Experience with modern design tools (Figma, Figma Make)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
