Senior Product Designer - New Bets

You will define and shape new customer experiences for the New Bets team, taking projects from initial concept to production. You will partner closely with engineering and product management to build, iterate, and launch solutions that solve real user problems.
Responsibilities
- Spot problems worth solving and make the case for them
- Own projects from first concept to shipped product
- Design with the system and extend when needed
- Use AI tools to get from idea to working prototype fast
- Partner with engineers to move work into production
Requirements
- Portfolio that shows projects demonstrating craft excellence, systems thinking, and leadership through influence
- 5+ years of work experience in high-growth consumer tech or complex marketplace products
- Ability to reach for code editors and LLM-powered tools as naturally as design tools
- Background in product design, with a focus on new, 0→1 product spaces
