Product Designer (UX/UI) - Growth (Fixed-Term, 6 month contract)

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to design and iterate on onboarding flows for the Hunt and Offroad verticals. The role involves translating concepts into prototypes and integrating AI tools to improve design workflows and conversion rates.
Responsibilities
- Collaborative design work alongside the teamâs PM and engineers
- Translate ideas and hypotheses into conceptual designs and prototypes
- Refinement of conceptual designs into full-system ready-for-dev designs
- Present designs to the team, fellow Growth team designers, and potentially stakeholders across the organization
- Look for opportunities to embed AI as a repeatable co-pilot in daily workflows by integrating experimentation into real work, and continuously refining its use with sound judgment and validation
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Human-Computer Interaction / UX or equivalent experience
- Four (4) years of relevant experience required, designing onboarding, signup, purchase, or educational flows
- A strong curiosity for exploring new technologies, including AI
- A shared passion for and ability to demonstrate onXâs Company Values
- Permanent US work authorization is a condition of employment with onX
