Staff Product Designer, New Verticals Fulfillment (Dasher Experience)

You will define and lead high-impact projects from concept to shipped product while designing end-to-end experiences for the Dasher/Shopper marketplace. This involves leveraging AI and LLM-powered tools to solve complex system problems and improve decision-making quality for users.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead high-impact projects from idea → shipped product
- Turn ambiguous, cross-team problems into clear, actionable work
- Design across workflows and systems — not just screens
- Build and leverage LLM-powered tools (and create them when they don’t exist)
- Set a high bar for craft with production-ready prototypes
- Influence roadmaps through data, design, and working artifacts
- Mentor designers and elevate team capabilities
Requirements
- Has a portfolio demonstrating craft, systems thinking, and leadership
- Prototypes in code and uses LLMs as a core design tool
- Thrives in complex, fast-moving, marketplace environments
- Creates clarity through shipping, not just storytelling
- Has experience in high-growth consumer tech or marketplaces
