Hybrid $150,000 - $170,000 Full-time Senior

The Principal Product Designer will lead the design vision for growth surfaces including acquisition, activation, and retention. They will partner with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, experimentation roadmaps, and high-impact user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the design vision for major growth surfaces
  • Lead early-stage, ambiguous problem spaces and define foundational systems
  • Serve as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders and advocate for best product practices
  • Translate business requirements, user friction points, and funnel data into clear strategy and intuitive experiences
  • Deliver high-quality interaction designs, prototypes, and visual systems
  • Lead rapid experimentation and advanced tools to bring concepts to life
  • Partner across EPD, Data Science, and Marketing to ensure design decisions are technically feasible and strategically aligned
  • Elevate design and product maturity by establishing experimentation frameworks and standards
  • Mentor and coach designers across all levels and model exceptional design practice

Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional product design experience
  • Mastery of UX/UI design, interaction design, information architecture, and systems thinking
  • Prototyping skills with modern design and prototyping tools
  • Strategic mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and connect design decisions to commercial outcomes
  • Leadership presence with exceptional communication and storytelling skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
