You will architect an AI-first intelligence layer for corporate travel, transforming complex data into intuitive, automated steering-wheel interactions. You will lead end-to-end design within a product trio to drive discovery, delivery, and measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Champion 'Apple-esque' simplicity by transforming complex booking flows into clear, elegant, and emotionally engaging experiences
- Lead end-to-end design within the product trio, driving the full cycle of discovery and delivery
- Build AI-first, data-driven experiences that anticipate user intent, minimize friction, and provide intelligent recommendations
- Drive velocity and business impact by utilizing funnel analytics, rapid prototyping, and customer co-creation
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience leading design for high-scale B2B/B2C products
- Proven ability to distill complex data ecosystems into elegant user journeys
- Expertise in leveraging quantitative data and A/B testing alongside qualitative insights
- Self-organized and decisive, with the ability to manage multiple design horizons simultaneously
- Strong storyteller with excellent English skills, capable of aligning stakeholders and advocating for the user
