- Lead the localization design practice and build scalable patterns and frameworks
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define and execute on experience design strategy
- Build strong customer intuition through direct engagement and advocate for customer needs
- Lead end-to-end design for a product area and raise the quality bar through polished, accessible, and cohesive experiences
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing digital products
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable experiences across multiple customer segments
- Strong craft across interaction design, information architecture, usability, and visual design
- Experience designing AI-powered features or workflows
