Responsibilities
- Design human-centered solutions that meet user needs and business goals
- Conduct user research and discovery activities to identify user and business requirements
- Develop wireframes to bring ideas to life, validate solutions, and conduct validation sessions with teams, stakeholders, or users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an intuitive, simple, and elegant user experience
- Mentor and lead design initiatives, providing guidance and support to peer designers
- Participate actively in a growing Product Design community focused on growth and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a UX/UI design role
- Expertise in user research, interaction design, prototyping tools and design methodologies
- Deep knowledge of usability, accessibility standards, and human-centered design principles
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder engagements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, negotiate and prioritize effectively in multi-cultural environments
- Experience working across various methodologies and levels of project complexity
- Strong analytical judgment, critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken)
