Design end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile platforms, from initial concepts to final high-fidelity designs. Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to solve user problems and improve key journeys like onboarding and content discovery.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile, from early concepts to polished final designs
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and data teams to define user problems, explore solutions, and deliver high-quality experiences
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and product improvements
- Improve key user journeys such as onboarding, content discovery, search, recommendations, engagement, and subscription flows
- Use qualitative feedback, product data, and experimentation results to refine designs and support decision-making
- Contribute to and evolve Epicās design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the product
- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in a fast-moving environment
Requirements
- 2ā5 years of experience in product design, UX design, interaction design, or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, interaction design, and execution across digital products
- Strong interest in digital consumer products, education technology, or personalized product experiences
- Experience designing user flows, navigation systems, and high-quality interfaces for web and/or mobile products
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into clear, intuitive experiences
- Comfort working in a highly collaborative, remote, cross-functional environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain design rationale clearly to stakeholders
- Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
