Experienced UX Designer

You will lead the end-to-end design of user experiences across complex business products and touchpoints. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define UX strategy, conduct validation research, and ensure design consistency.
Responsibilities
- Leading and owning the design of user experiences across multiple products or complex touchpoints
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define the best possible experience for users
- Being responsible for end-to-end design execution, contribution to UX strategy, and ensuring consistency and quality of user experience
- Planning and conducting design validation through usability testing, data, and analytics
Requirements
- At least 5-6 years of experience with UX-related work
- Experience working on complex digital products
- Relevant education (UX, Interaction Design, Visual Communications, Architecture, Product Design or similar)
- A proactive 'can-do' attitude
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
